By using IsMyAppOK (the Service), you agree to these Terms.

## The Service
IsMyAppOK checks apps built with AI tools, such as Lovable, and prepares fixes for the problems it finds. Results are delivered as a Pull Request or an Issue. The Service is operated by Backham Co., Ltd.

## Your responsibilities
You must have the right to grant access to the repositories you connect. You are responsible for reviewing any proposed changes before you accept them.

## No automatic changes
We do not merge or apply changes automatically. You decide whether to accept the proposed changes.

## Prohibited use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to attack or overload the Service, or to diagnose repositories you do not have permission to access.

## Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your code. We do not claim ownership of your repository.

## Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diagnoses and proposed fixes may be incomplete or incorrect.

## Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Backham Co., Ltd. is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.

## Changes and termination
We may change or stop the Service. We may suspend use that violates these Terms.

## Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction.
